What do you want on your tombstone? Even just posing this question as a thought experiment can lead to a deeper knowledge of one’s self.
Depending on how we want our life memorialized can create action items in the near term. If we want to be remembered as a loving spouse, friend or sibling, thinking about the end of life can help us work towards fulfilling that legacy now.
